We do not use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models.

3. AI Processing

Your uploaded images and generated content are processed by AI systems provided by third-party services, including fal.ai (image and video generation) and AWS Rekognition (content moderation and safety checks).

These providers process your content solely to deliver the requested generation or moderation results. We do not share your content with these providers for any other purpose.

4. Content Storage

We store:

• Uploaded images
• Generated content (images and videos)

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data as necessary to provide the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• AWS Rekognition — image moderation (age detection, celebrity detection)
• fal.ai — AI image and video generation
• Stripe — payment processing
• BunnyCDN — content delivery
• PostHog — product analytics
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Creatrix is not intended for individuals under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
